Shipping policy
Thank you for your order and support of our Australian small business.
We are proud and excited to announce that we are now shipping, not just Australia wide, but are now shipping to NZ.
HOWEVER, if you are outside of these locations and wish to make a purchase, we would LOVE to help you so please contact us via email sacobecollective@outlook.com or dm our Instagram page and we will discuss some options.
If you are local to us and wish to save on shipping costs, please select the pick up option at checkout.
For AUSTRALIAN orders.
Shipping under $150 we offer flat rate standard and express shipping both via Australia Post.
STANDARD AUS SHIPPING - $10
EXPRESS AUS SHIPPING - $15
Standard shipping is FREE for all AUSTRALIAN orders when you spend $150 or more.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS*
All orders are shipped based off weight and location. Any package above 4kg will need to be split and sent separately to keep costs to a minimum.
For NZ - shipping starts at $25 AUD
*PLEASE NOTE - All duties and taxes are YOUR responsibility to be paid.
We do our very best to ensure our processing time is as fast as possible. Usually packaged with love and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note - processing time is NOT including actual transit time. Please keep in mind that the transit times as a guide only. Once parcels are dispatched, we are no long responsible for any transit issues that may occur. Please contact Australia Post for these queries.
*Due to current circumstances, there may be delays in transit times and unfortunately this is completely out of our control.*
If your parcel is returned to us for failure to pick up from your local post office or because of incorrect or incomplete address details, we will contact you to organise to ship your products back to you again but this will be at your cost.
OPEN BOX POLICY
Our new OPEN BOX policy allows our customers to accumulate multiple orders (paid in full) over the course of a 3 month period to save on shipping fees and waste.
For our Australian customers - simply use the code OPEN BOX at checkout on each of your orders placed over this period with all of your details included. When you are ready to close your open box, or the 3 months have expired, simply select the OPEN BOX shipping option at checkout. This is a flat rate OPEN BOX shipping cost of $15. Your items will then be sent via express post so you can love on them faster.
PLEASE NOTE - on all open box orders there is no free shipping option once the box is closed, even if you spend over the $150 in a single sale or over the course of 3 months. This is due to the amount of time, storage, cleaning, packaging, approximate weight and shipping costs which all go into holding and sending these items with love and care to you.
If you reach the 3 month limit and your items haven’t been shipped yet, we will get in contact with you and send you an invoice for shipping. This will need to be paid within a maximum of 48hours.
For our international customers - Same conditions apply. There is a 3 month hold and at the end of your 3 months, due to the weight of your open box, we will send you a close of box invoice for shipping based on weight and location. Please remember that all duties and taxes are your responsibility to be paid.
