Refund policy

Just like you and I, crystals are all wonderfully unique in their own ways. 

Here at Sacobe Collective, we take pride in sourcing and providing natural, high quality, unique products and we hope that you love them just as much as we do. However, when it comes to refunds or exchanges, we comply with the NSW Office of Fair Trading's regulations on refunds. This means that due to change of mind, we are not required to provide a refund, so please read all descriptions provided and choose carefully.

If in the unlikely event that your product arrives with missing items, are damaged or faulty, please contact us at sacobecollective@outlook.com to discuss a replacement or store credit. All order discrepancies and damaged/faulty items MUST be brought to our attention within 3 working days of receiving your order and still be in their original condition. These items will need to be returned before a replacement or store credit is provided.

Absolutely NO cancellations will be accepted on all purchases made, especially including OPEN BOXES.
